Are these limited per person? Local PNS is normally 2 frozen chicken packs
Picked up 3 without any issue. There was a “2 pack max” posted for chicken nuggets but don’t think they fall under that category.
Maybe the nibbles versions are OK but I’ve bought the portions versions before and they were rank, all carcass, odd shaped, little meat, like some kind of KFC reject.
So nibbles… have bone in them right? don’t hit me
Yes that's correct
Hope this comes to the south island soon :-(
Ahh, didn't realise these were the bone in versions. Yeah, not as good as the boneless by a long shot.
Chicken nibbles in NZ are nearly always bone-in, generally small pieces of wings I thik
I prefer bone-in TBH - more juicy when you have the bone. Boneless I find too dry.
Went to PnS Palmy, they didn't have these sadly!
Louisiana only at Kilbirnie, Nashville are still full price.
Did you scan it? Sylvia has their stickers at full price too but when I scanned it, it went down $6.99. If it's listed as $6.99 in their website, you can always dispute it in their customer service counter to honor that price as well.
Yeah, scanned at full price. Also listed online at full price at the time. but now not showing at all.
Tbh these have always been better than KFC (not the oldschool KFC though, why did they have to change the recipe!!)
Just noticed that the Tegel Take Outs Cheesy Nacho Chicken Pieces 400g and Tegel Take Outs Memphis BBQ Style Chicken Strips 400g are also in this deal at least in West Auckland stores for people who don't want bone in assuming they are in stock. These are in boxes rather than plastic bags. (Well they're in bags inside the boxes.)
Be warned though that these are potentially dated products. Whenever I've checked recently, At Lincoln Road, the chicken strips tend to be best before October 2023 and nacho chicken November 2023. For frozen products it's unlikely to matter much however this may mean even better deals in the future. Lincoln Road already had the Memphis Chicken Strips for $6 on the week ending 24 September but they didn't sell all BB October 2023 ones since they restocked with more so it's possible they'll have them at that price or less in the future.
Thanks OP, time to stock up again these are delicious and usually around 14 dollars now!
