Can't list on trademe or fb, and word of mouth network is very small. Any suggestions? I would try neighbourly but requires verification and as a lowly peasant I have been moving too frequently for that.

Or perhaps also try the FB group, Cheap Flights in New Zealand that often has tickets no longer required for sale.
Is it legal to sell tickets to someone?
If you cant sell, a day or two before your flight tell the airline you've got - or even 'think' you have - covid.
Have had a couple of flights credited by jetstar this year with that.
