1. Go to neontv.co.nz
2. Click 'Sign up' in the top-right of the browser window
3. Select monthly Basic Plan
4. Next enter your name, email address and choose a secure password
5. Check the box to agree to the Neon Terms of Use & Privacy Policy.
6. From the next screen, enter your credit card details
7. All done! You can now get stuck in to the awesome content that Neon has to offer.

If you already have a Neon account, but no active Plan:

1. Go to neontv.co.nz
2. Log in to your Neon account with your Email address and password
3. Head to My Account then Plan and Payment
4. Select “Add Plan” under Manage your plan
5. Select monthly Basic Plan
6. Enter your credit card details and you’re good to go

What happens at the end of the monthly Basic Plan offer period?
Once the offer period ends, your plan will automatically renew, and you will be charged the full regular monthly Basic Plan price until you cancel your plan.

What happens if I cancel before the monthly Basic Plan offer period ends?
If you cancel your plan during the offer period, your plan will end on your next bill date, which can be found in My Account > Plan and Payment.

When you sign up for a Neon Basic Plan, you agree to these Terms below.

1. When you sign up to a Basic Plan between Friday 20 October 12:01AM - Friday 3 November 11:59PM, you will receive a discount of 50% off the monthly Basic Plan price for the first 4 months (Offer Period).
2. To subscribe to Neon you need to be located in New Zealand and be 18 years of age or older.
3. Once the Offer Period ends, your plan will automatically renew and you will be charged the standard monthly Basic Plan price until your plan is cancelled by you.
4. You may cancel your plan at any time by cancelling on the Neon website and your plan will end on your next bill date.
5. Internet connection, compatible device & New Zealand billed credit card required.
6. Your usual Internet Service Provider charges apply.
7. The discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with any other offers.
8. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time.
9. It will replace any existing offer or 7 day free trial on your account.
