Save a Property Search to be in to Win $100,000 towards the Purchase of a Property (use within 12 months) @ Real Estate

Eligibility

1. To be eligible to enter, you must be:
   
   1. an individual who is 18 years or over; and
   2. a New Zealand resident who is eligible to purchase property (real estate) in New Zealand.
2. You are not eligible to enter if you are:
   
   1. an employee, contractor or director of realestate.co.nz (Personnel).
   2. a member of a Personnel’s immediate family.
   3. an employee, contractor or director of any third-party service provider who is directly involved in this Promotion.
   4. a licenced real estate agent, or a licenced salesperson (licenced under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008).
3. It is the responsibility of each person entering the Promotion (Entrant) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

How to enter

4. The Promotion starts on Thursday 26 October and runs through until midnight on Thursday 30 November 2023 (Promotion Period).
5. To enter the Promotion and be in to win the Prize:
   
   1. During the Promotion Period you must do the following:
   2. Sign up to realestate.co.nz (if you already have an account, then you do not need to do this again).
      2.Log in to realestate.co.nz.
      3.Set up a saved search in the area/s you are wanting to purchase a property. Instructions on how to set up a saved search can be found here.
      4.Go to realestate.co.nz/100k and complete the required details, answer the questions and agree to the terms and conditions.
   3. At midnight on 30 November 2023, you must have an active realestate.co.nz account and have a saved search.
6. Only 1 entry per person. To avoid doubt, a person must not use different email addresses to enter more than once.
7. There is no fee for entering the Promotion.

Prize and prize draw and notification

1. There is one prize of $100,000 (NZD) (Prize) to be won to be used towards the purchase of a property (real estate) in New Zealand in the 12 months after the winning entry is drawn.
2. The winner will be determined by a random draw, which will take place on 1 December 2023. The winner will be the first valid entry randomly drawn from all eligible entries (Winner).
3. The Winner will be notified within 72 hours of the prize draw taking place.
4. If the Winner does not make contact with realestate.co.nz by email ([email protected]) or phone 0800 732 536 within 72 hours after realestate.co.nz has made reasonable attempts to make contact, the Winner forfeits the Prize and a new Winner will be determined on the same basis as the first Prize draw. This will continue until such time as a Winner is found.
