Amazon US - Free Returns on Limited Products?

Looking at a product like this:

Offers free returns if unopened upto 30 days after delivery.. Are there any restocking fees etc in cases like this? I've never noticed the option before.

Ie if no extra fees and you order a 4TB SSD and then 10 days later another 4TB is cheaper you can just buy both and return the first for free?

Am I missing something? Presumably they would block you if you kept doing it.

  My one experience returning to Amazon was a bit of a hassle because I had to drop the item off to DHL's hub out the airport (Auckland). The dealing with Amazon part was easy though.

    My experience was the opposite, was able to print off a DHL label and arrange pickup via the website from my home(same day).

    More of it here from me. It wasn't that smooth, but got it sorted just fine.
