$30 off $50 Purchase for New Afterpay Customers (Exclusions Apply) @ Afterpay App

1. You are an “eligible customer” for the purposes of this Afterpay Promo if you are a new Afterpay customer who is a New Zealand resident, aged 18 years and over, and you have never made a purchase using Afterpay with any retailer.
2. You will receive a NZD$30 promotional credit when you make your first purchase of NZD$50 or more in a single transaction using Afterpay at checkout with any Afterpay retailer (excluding DoorDash, GoSeeTravel, Motorhome Republic, Airport Rentals, Kogan, Aussie Broadband, and Wondershare).

3. will be automatically applied to your Afterpay account when you follow the promotional deeplink from the ad, or when you apply the code “30FORYOUNZ” within the mobile app;
4. will be applied to the total original purchase value as displayed by the retailer (including tax, shipping costs) to reduce the value of your four payments equally;
5. is valid for 14 days from the time you claim the Afterpay Promo;
6. is single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer; and
7. cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the Promotional Period.
8. Afterpay may modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice to you. If you received the promotional code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
9. The Afterpay Promo is available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold.
10. You are only entitled to apply one Afterpay Promo (and promotional credit), which is limited to one per order, per customer and account, and regardless if your purchase made using the Afterpay Promo is returned and/or refunded.
11. If any of the products purchased using the Afterpay Promo (and promotional credit) are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount you actually paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.
12. The Afterpay Promo (and promotional credit) may not be applied to pre-order items, subscriptions or any cross border transactions and may not be combined with any other Afterpay promotion.
13. Each Afterpay Promo applies only to qualifying items.
14. If you breach these Afterpay Promo terms or Afterpay’s Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any promotional credit under this Afterpay Promo.
15. The Afterpay Promo is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
