Cheapest Way to Access Lounge in Australia

I will be travelling via Australia and have a layover of around 7hours in Economy. Is there a way I can access lounge in Australia for cheap?

What port in Australia?
There are some paid-access lounges but the maximum stay is usually three hours.

    * Skyteam Lounge
    * Plaza Premium Departures Lounge - Walk ins accepted
    * Plaza Premium Arrivals Lounge - Walk ins accepted
    
    As @fuzzfighter alluded too, there's certain lounges you can access for no charge if you have a qualifying credit card our lounge membership.

If you're confident enough you could stand outside a lounge and ask someone going in to bring you in as a guest. People with lounge access are usually able to guest someone in if they're flying with the same airline
