    Within their app or website you have wallet that contains all your ecards. Let’s assume you have a $100 prezzee e-card. Below the details of the e card there’s a big red button that will let you swap your $100 prezzee e card into an ecard from their list, eg Countdown or Farmers or mighty ape etc. you can also split the amount between different e cards.

    I use the countdown e card either at the till or self help. Just select gift card at the terminal, scan the bar code of your e card (in wallet) enter the pin from that e card. That’s it. Never had an issue; the staff can also assist.

        Oh, and before I forget, make sure you are registered and using the NZ store - not the Aussie store.

        Anycase, using an example- say I have $2.50 remaining on my e countdown card and wish to pay for $10 worth of items I can select the e card payment at the terminal (or ask the cashier if paying there), then select split payment and go through the process to pay as mentioned in my earlier post. Once that is done the pay terminal will ask for payment of the remaining $7.50 which I can pay with another e card if I have one, or debit/ credit/ eftpos etc if I wish.
