Goods prize:

• One (1) x Return flights for 2 to any American Airlines Destination (to a maximum value of $3854NZD)
• The prize consists of return Economy class American Airlines flights for two (2) adults from Auckland to any USA airport on the American Airlines Network to the value of $3854NZD. Domestic flights within New Zealand to Auckland are not included and are at the Prize Winners expense. The Prize Winner (by accepting a Prize) agrees that they will abide by the applicable terms and conditions for the use of the prize as notified by the Promoter and/or the prize issuer.
• The prize does not include accommodation, transfers or travel insurance. Any taxes, government levies, security, insurance charges and all other expenses (including meals, hotel service charges and airport connections, visa costs) incurred in the course of any travel or accommodation covered by the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
• We always recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes Pandemic cover.
• Neither House of Travel nor American Airlines or its Airline Associates are liable for any expense incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or flight delay. Flight schedules subject to change without notice.
• The Prize Winner must take the prize as offered. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• The winner must book the Prize before 30 June 2024. Travel must be taken on the American Airlines seasonal flights only (codeshare not permitted) from Auckland with travel completed by 28 March 2025. Closeouts may apply and flights are subject to availability at time of booking.

• Promotion conditions include:
• Entrants must be aged 18 years and older.
• Entrants must be residents of New Zealand.
• If you are nominating someone, you must have that nominee’s express consent to do so. The nominee must agree to be bound by the terms of this Promotion.
• Entrants agree that, if selected by the promoter, the promoter can record them and disseminate such recordings in connection with this Promotion.
• Entrants agree that their phone calls or any recordings or other assets they provide as part of the promotion may be played on air or put on the promoter's online platforms.
• The Promoter may pass on a winner’s details to the Promotion partner for the purposes of providing the prize.
• Only those people who are eligible for travel and meet the Government and Airline travel requirements, have the appropriate valid passports, visas and documentation to travel to the United States of America can enter the draw. In the event the prize winner cannot travel for any reason (including the inability to travel due to COVID-19), the prize will be forfeited.
