I was holding my beloved QC 35 and looking for an upgrade for a while.
Finally, the price reached the trigger line of mine.
If you could get the $50 off $160 code @ Bose via Student Beans, $249 should be a new history low for this headphone.
Or you could use the $20 off $250 welcome offer to bring the price down to $278.95 which is also not bad.
Otherwise, $299 is still a decent price.

Yes, the QC SE is the QC 45 with a soft case. Rests are the same.
