Samsung 24G3 was just $225 at Noel’s, looks to be $246 at JB
If you're not playing FPS games, then high refresh rate over 100hz+ isn't worth it, so ideally something like an IPS and 60hz would do considering your budget.
After a quick search, you could probably get either one of these two and they look pretty decent

You want to look at places like rtings for reviews regarding colour accuracy and performance.
If the unit is less than 3 years old it likely still is in warranty too so try to get the invoice or order number too.
For that price, you might be best trying FB Marketplace or Trademe. Have come across some sweet monitors on there for cheap, but alas, I don't need to add to my collection…. or do I…………
