  The base game, Destiny 2 is free to play, so having these DLC enable you to play most content up until the current Expansion, Lightfall.
  
  You will need to purchase Lightfall and The final shape (upcoming expansion) if you want to play those.

Worth it for the Witch Queen campaign alone, it's genuinely excellent.
