Did anyone else get this notification from the McDonald’s app on Saturday morning (30/12/23), about double points until 1st Feb? There’s still no mention of double points on the app and I didn’t get an email about it, which they usually send out when offering extra points. I placed an order at McDonald’s today and I didn’t receive double points.

I made a purchase on Saturday and didn't get double points as well. I sent them a message through the app so will wit to see what they say.
Do they ever get back to you? I never get a reply back
First time messaging them through the app. Might have to try another avenue.
i got a reply back and was told to ring the 0800 number and make a formal complaint and i could possibly get the points added back to my maccas app or a voucher for a family meal.
They've finally emailed me back. Said the promo was only for Dec 6th to Dec 10th and Jan 8th to 12th. But the notification came through on 29 or 30 December for me.
I've replied with the Waverly's screenshot showing the notification said now until 1 Feb.
Yeap i got that notification but pretty sure mine said get double points till the1st January 2024 so was like 3-4 days of earning double points but haven't been to Maccas so cant confirm.
So sad My Maccas reward points haven't updated for me after coming back to NZ (even after deleting the app and re-signing in). Was using the app and redeeming deals in Korea and Japan and now its broken for me in NZ lol although I can still redeem NZ deals but no points and also cannot use points

Yep, I got it too. Haven’t ordered maccas in between though, so can’t comment on whether it’s active or not.
