  Review of the superbody book (save your time and don't read).

  Tldr: in summary stop eating poor quality food and drink… there is a reason it is free haha.

  I didn't expect this, but it is superficial, scaremongering and is repeating conspiracies e.g. "How governments promote cancer" 😢

  Best quote:

  2nd half.. It lists all fruits and vegetables along they are good for you.eat less fat. Prepare your own food, eat organic.

      Haha yes for a book published awhile ago and our change in smoke free laws concerning conincidence.

      It is possible that lots of science gets covered up which this book suggests happens, and that would be harmful but I suspect misinformation is more harmful👌reputation and trust is everything. Couldn't believe the reviews when I read them. 100% paid for 😂
