So this experiment got a bit larger than I originally intended…..
Background
I noticed on the Pizza Coupon Page that there is only one deal for Tradititional Pizzas from Domino's - being $15 delivered using code 77930. Everything else is for a Value Pizza or My Domino's which isn't what I want. I want a Supreme or BBQ Meatlovers with sides!
Also, the codes for either 2 or 3 sides are both expired.
My local store (Carlton Corner, Christchurch) has some store specific offers which you can see here but these codes don't work in some other stores.
I wondered: If this is what my store has on offer, what about the other stores?
I have now gone through 154 Domino's stores to compare what offers they have and the results are interesting.
As you can see the stores seem to group their offer pricing - and the groups are not regional dependent. There is a lot of difference even with stores close to each other.
New Lynn has it's own codes that seem to be cheaper than many other stores . Unfortunately you can't pick which store you get delivered from.
The below offers are valid until the 1st April 2024.
There are other offers that you might find on the main order page of your local store (which might be cheaper again) and the Cheapies Pizza Deal page is still the best place for Value Pizza deals. I selected these deals as they are valid for a reasonable period of time.
Use the below as a guide and make sure you checkout other stores in your local area as you might be surprised at how much the pricing differs.
How to use the table
- Suggest using Landscape orientation if on mobile as the table is a bit much in Portrait.
- Find your local store in the groups listed below
- Match the store group number with the offer to see the code. First code is pickup, second is delivery.
- Note: If there is no code next to an offer then it is not available for your store group.
- For example, New Lynn is in Group 1 and Blockhouse Bay is in Group 4.
1x Large Traditional Pizza + Garlic bread + 1.5L Drink will cost you $17.99 pickup at New Lynn (code 76942) and $21.99 at Blockhouse Bay (code 50450)
Hope this all makes sense and at least makes you think before going straight to your regular just out of habit.
