I like rainex, i brought some back from the US before. It was like much cheaper. I think its better with older cars and/or with cheaper wipers. Since when the sky starts spitting you have enough rain to wipe a few times but then your wipers start scrapping the windscreen with the horrible screech.
This may be a stoopid question but I've heard of people applying this stuff (or similar) to their shower glass to stop watermarks etc, anyone know if this stuff would work for that application?
Not sure about this product. But I use Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax on our shower glass and works amazing. Glass stays clean. You can get any ceramic coating spray. Just be mindful of what cleaning products you use afterwards as it might remove the coating.
how long does it last for you? I'm finding i need to recoat every 2-3 weeks..
Anyone tried with rainx?
Few months. Sometimes I don't get time to redo it with kids so don't know.
It works, but it won't last much as your shower glass will be exposed soap/detergent(shampoo, body wash) and warm water regularly.
You can use any generic Carnauba wax and buff the shower glass and any water beads off nicely from the glass.
good stuff if you dont have rear wiper.
