I was having a hard time finding a customer support email instead of having one of those ai chat bots or online forms, so I was thinking Choice Cheepies could add a new page next to the birthday and fast food deals that had customer support emails/ phone numbers to make it easier for cheepies to contact customer support?

That's kinda the whole point. Websites nowadays remove contact numbers because they don't want you to spam them with support related issues. They also don't want you to contact them because nobody really likes dealing with that. That's why a lot of them go out of their way to try and hide the support contact info, or at least make it hard for you to navigate around just to get that info. It's a common thing on many large and small websites.
For which websites exactly?
Hard for me to tell since I’m a power user, but you might be able to create it yourself.
