Feedback on Extreme PC ?

Hey everyone ,

Can’t really find too much on Extreme PC and I’m just wanting any feedback on anyone who has purchased via them and what their service was like also would like to know how much time it took to receive their goods?

  Bought something August last year. 10am purchase. 10:15am shipment notification. Can't find tracking now but assume was next day delivery.

  I ordered a monitor back in late 2020. Ordered on a sunday midmorning, got reply about 20 mins later that it was ready for pickup. Drove over, picked up and no hassle. Mught have been lockdown time.
  The guys in store at St Lukes are ok, haven't dealt with them much. Can't comment on shipping.
  I suggest try giving them a call to ask about shipping time for your particular item.

  Also had a good experience. Ordered a graphics card from them and it was shipped the same day. This was probably at the end of 2022.

  Only dealt with them in person when they were in st Luke’s. No problem.
  They’ve now moved to onehunga.

  I deal with them buying gear and custom built pc's for work. Never had any issues. Always found them good to deal with

  I bought something from them and they couldn't provide it. I guess the supplier had it and by the time I ordered the supplier sold out.
  They were really good about it and immediately offered a refund on the order.
  It's when you have issues and they are sorted quickly that you know someone is good.

  They are legit (they do drop ship quite a bit of stuff from other retailers tho)

      Large majority of retailers share supply chains. Computer lounge sells some monitors back to PB and then they buy some PC Parts back

  They are awesome. I use to buy from them slot when they were pcforce, I've been to their Onehunga place twice and the parking is horrible lol just be aware. They are really good ppl though!

  Dealt with them a couple of times and purchased a little bit. They pricematched and overall got good service. - I recommend 1st Wave in Auckland, a guy that runs a shop out of his house, great service, good prices and can pricematch as well.
