Was having a look at the mattresses at https://napp.co.nz and they have a 5% voucher banner on their website.
Just wondering if they do bigger discounts/sales than this at any point? I haven't seen any deals posted for them I don't think.

I'm looking at getting a new mattress upgrading from queen to super King or California. Firm, pocket spring, budget $1500-2500 ish probably, if California then up to 3k maybe.
Probably will go with super king as i think sheets etc might get a bit expensive if going with California size.
We are a family of two adults and two toddlers so have a big bed would be nice for the kids joining us for cuddles.
I prefer mattress that goes on a slat bed.
How's your shopping going so far?
Have you checked consumer magazine report, i don't have access but someone said napp was the top one?
We have a target mattress single sized that is actually really good so i world consider target.
Ecousa have 35% off currently (? Today only) but I'm not keen on a compressed delivered mattress.
We are not in a rush to buy, our current bed is fine but the mattress is starting to get a little sag in it. It's about 10 years old maybe slightly older. We don't weigh a lot is a couple so i think we don't wear it out as much as a heavier couple might.
I have 3 Ecosa mattresses in Super king, queen & king single and we love them. It goes perfectly fine on slat bed, I have 2 of them without issues. They are adjustable, but you don't need to touch them if you are fine with the default firmness it comes with. They have washable outer layer and I also received waterproof mattress protector with the single mattress.
Best part for you, almost all have 100+ days of trial period with money back guarantee and they will pick them back if you don't like. I tried different brand before settling on Ecosa pre-covid and returned that without issues. No harm trying them out. I will never go back to spring mattress.
I think you may need to revise your budget up… I was same boat as you budget wise and ended up paying $2600 and negotiating price down and free delivery.
Thanks. Can you link your mattress/size. The delivered bed in a box options all seem to be in the 1500-2000 (post discount) for s.king or cali. Obviously would be paying more for shop bought non compressed bed.
Ended up buying in store Harvey Norman Beautyrest queen size. Didn't want to go down the bed in a box route as I wanted to try it out in store. Spent a weekend testing out mattresses.
Edit: i see napp are adjustable mattress, i don't need adjustable.
They aren’t. But their adjustable variant seems to be front and centre in the homepage for some reason
They seem to only have two types
Napp original. Medium firmness.
Napp prestige made specifically for adjustable beds. Available in soft medium and firm.
Got a Napp a week or so ago. It's definitely a lot softer and more comfortable than the Ecosa. Will see how it goes over the next couple of months before deciding if it gets returned.
Good choice. The smell on ours lasted a bit longer the preferred but it does go away.
@aerol
Did you return the ecosa?
Which ecosa did you have and which napp did you replace it with?
Ecosa - https://www.ecosa.co.nz/view-all-mattresses
Napp - https://napp.co.nz/collections/napp-mattress
We generally prefer firmer bed.
So the Ecosa I got years ago - it was the only one they made at the time. No it didn't get returned, ended up using it for the spare room.
Got NAPP Prestige Plus this time around and so far so good. If you prefer firm though, I wouldn't get that one as it's definitely soft. They have a medium and firm version of it too though.
Dunno about any specials. But we have a Napp and love it to bits
