    Was this not just a case of a new user not immediately seeing/understanding how the associated tickbox works? I mean their username is literally the name of the store…

      We ticked it from the start for the post. Separate from the post there was a setting that I ticked after the post went up about adding the domain in my profile and being an "employee" to the website.

      No, OzBargain/Cheapies don't ban people for obvious mistakes (wasn't the same username). It was as described by Wakrak.

      In any case, that was a few months ago and they are not banned on either site. Upwards and onwards to infinity and beyond!
