New World Dollars are available to purchase with your Flybuys Points online through the Flybuys Store at flybuys.co.nz from 11/03/2024 to 31/03/2024 (inclusive). New World dollars can be used as a form of payment for purchases instore or online at any New World store including New World Fresh Collective.
1 New World Dollar is equivalent in value to 1 New Zealand Dollar.

How to spend New World Dollars in-store:
Set up a PIN number on your Clubcard at clubcard.co.nz or call the Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70
Let the checkout operator know you’d like to pay using New World Dollars
South Island: Scan your Clubcard and enter your PIN to pay for groceries in-store. North Island: Scan your Clubcard through the EFTPOS terminal and enter your 4-digit PIN to pay for groceries in-store.

To get New World Dollars you'll need to be a Flybuys earning New World Clubcard member. If you're not a Clubcard member, you can sign up here or get a digital Clubcard with the New World app here. You'll need to wait until you've received your Clubcard before you can get New World Dollars.
A maximum Clubcard limit of 2,000 New World Dollars applies, including any amount earnt through other Flybuys currency collection. You will need sufficient room on your Clubcard to be able to load the full amount of your New World Dollars purchase. We recommend checking your current balance before swapping your Points. You can do this at clubcard.co.nz.
New World Dollars are instantly loaded onto your New World Clubcard and can be used as either full or partial payment for purchases at any New World store including New World Fresh Collective. Excludes New World fuel sites and online purchases at I shop.
New World Dollars cannot be exchanged or refunded in full or part for Flybuys Points or cash.
When using your New World Dollars at the checkout, you'll be prompted to enter a 4-digit PIN. If you haven't set up a PIN yet, the default PIN is '0000'. We recommend you change the PIN on your card to protect any New World Dollars on your Clubcard - you can do this after redeeming your New World Dollars at clubcard.co.nz, or call the New World Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70.
