    I've reported T7 Albany to the commerce commission over fake sales in the past. On one occasion I happened to take pics of the prices of several items I was considering buying. They had a sale advertised a couple of days later so I went back, and they had replaced the old prices with fake ones so the 'sale' prices were more than the regular prices. I showed the evidence to them and they gave me the correct price but Idobbed them in, and for another fake sale.

    I’m still waiting for a refund on an order that sat for 1 and a 1/2 weeks with no progress until the item fully went out of stock. Ordered at the end of Feb. Sent multiple emails that went unanswered and used their chat, keep getting told it’s processing, but still no sign of a refund.

    At this point I won’t be buying anything from them online again.
