I want to get the CONTACT400 $400 off broadband deal. I signed up for the last one $300 but they didn't credit me when I joined their internet even after hounding them. They claim I didn't enter the code? So now I want to take ahold of the new $400 credit they are offering. Do I have to cancel and sign up again to get the deal? Anyone have experience with this and walk me through the steps? Thank you

Technically you won't be able to as T&C says, you can't be Contact customer within last 6 months. $400 deal or normally all their deals are for new customers only. Maybe you can try going to some other provider for a month and after that sign up using your partner or someone else in the household which means different person. Again, I can't vouch for this but this should normally work.
I think you should be able to get the $400.
The T&Cs don't state you can't be a customer within six month, they actually state you can't have signed up to a special offer within six months. Since you didn't get the previous offer, I think you should be in a position to receive this deal.The Offer is not available to customers who have previously signed up to a special Contact Broadband offer in the last 6 months and is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

I can't comment on what the company will actually do but there's nothing in their T&Cs that says no.

They also won’t give me the $300 credit for signing up to Contact Mobile

Any updates on your end? It's been a month after I signed up and the credit hasn't come through - same issue when I contacted support, they claim I didn't enter the promo code when signing up which is ridiculous.
I don't use Contact so can't help on the steps required but if you have had such an issue trying to get a $300 credit last time why do you think it would be any different this time?
Based on your experience so far I would just look to a different provider.
