Lexus or Mercedes - Does Lexus Offer Complimentary Cleaning and Washing Like The Mercedes?

Hi all, any recommendations on a new car?

I was confused between the Lexus NX 350h Limited and the Mercedes C300.

Does Lexus offer complimentary cleaning and washing like the Mercedes?

I understand Lexus can be more reliable so wanted to get everyone's thoughts on it.

I am fine with an SUV or Sedan as long as it's comfortable to drive and ride.

Let me know your thoughts.

I know someone who got a Lexus recently and it didn't come with free cleaning etc. But you would be paying for that in the price. I would go with Lexus anyday of the week as they are essentially premium Toyotas, and the hybrid system is very good. The Rav4 also looks good but not as premium, but they have a very long waiting list if you want new. You could also look at Mazdas as they are quite premium and pretty good reliability.

    • Thank you. I completely agree with the Mazda, they're just incredible - we already have a family Mazda CX5 for the past 5 years and this would be our second family car. Now looking for a decent Lexus contact that can save some $$ in getting a new one :)

Personally, Lexus over Mercedes any day of the week. They're the highest rated in terms of reliability. In 15 years it'll still be running fine.

Mate, Lexus any day. My friends in oz drive lexus nx450 and they have done 400k+ kms and had no troubles whatsoever with their cars, just did timely servicing and tires changing. One has recently bought top model nx350 to use as premium taxi to Melbourne airport. Only buy Mercedes if you have extra money to waste on expensive servicing and so costly parts when something goes wrong.

  • Thanks guys. Does anyone know any good contacts in Lexus I could approach to get a discounted vehicle? Thanks heaps once again for all your help.

  • With my merc dealer I would hardly call it a clean; they just kinda give the outside a bit of a hose-down and that’s it, have to get it groomed properly elsewhere every now and then.
