  I never bothered collecting mine when I got the notification recently.
  Based on the comments above as to what's available, I don't think I'll bother!

  Never receive any email from them on my birthday though.

  I've had the pen before and the large canvas style shopping bag. Last year for me, those weren't available. I went for the travel cutlery set. Can't remember what the other options were but nothing that excited me. The cutlery set was/is actually useful for me.

  How do you go about collecting the gift? Do you just show them an email? How long before a birthday do they send it? I could use a travel cutlery set myself.

    In my case I received the email in the first week of March three weeks before my birthday but I never got around to collecting whatever the gift was.
