Dehumidifiers - Looking for Recommendations

Hiyas,

Our dehumidifier has just given up the ghost.
DeLonghi DDS25.

It was a good unit, pulled out a lot of moisture.

It's been so long since I've brought one, does anyone have any recommendations?

Price is a factor but I would rather spend more and get something of quality that pulls lots of moister out of air. Don't wanna spend $100 and end up with a noise maker that does nothing.

Thanks!

We have this one and it’s good, sucks a lot of moisture out the air. Only downside is it’s pretty loud even on low.

    Dessicant Dehumidifier

    Eg gd350

Pulls out more water at a lower air temperature than other types

I agree that a dessicant dehumidifier is the way to go, as it works at much lower temperatures. I have an Ausclimate Cool Seasons 10L and I love it. Worth every cent.

  • Mitsubishi Electric Dehumidifier White MJ-EV38HR-A

anyone have thoughts on this one? or the goldair

  • Panasonic F-YWP33N is Consumer's top recommendation, it's pricey though
