  I bought it like over a year ago and after like about a month, it will start to ask to pay more to get faster speed. Occastionally I use it to unlock stuff that is geo restricted. For streaming, 480p moslty can do, but higher than that, it will glitch. So, if people ok with 480p video, it will not really be a probelm.
  But I would like at least FHD, so to solve the problem, I sometimes unlock the video and turn off the vpn and it will be good, sometimes i will have to use another software to download the video in FHD and watch it later.
  It's a good deal for me personally.
