    • It looks like they got a bit excited and loaded the daily deals a day early. It's just popped up again. Hopefully the next days daily deals is better than the first… re-first

  • My biggest concern is if they would be around in 2.5 years time for that 3 year warranty to mean anything.

    • it reverts to the manufacturer.

Considering Veon is The Warehouse own brand, that doesn't really help with the warranty situation in the unlikely event they go under.
That being said, the TV is so much cheaper than anything else that you could take the risk that even if dead in 2.5 years time and The Warehouse are gone, you just replace it with something newer and better for the same price

Could be tricky to even track down the manufacturer as well, as the different models are all made by different manufacturers.

This also makes it difficult to tell whether any given Veon TV is any good, because someone vouching for their 5 year old Veon might have a rebranded JVC, whereas the model you're wondering about is a rebranded CooCaa. So it's like asking if a 40" Panasonic TV is good and someone chimes in and says their 40" Samsung has been great.

      FWIW - I purchased a 55' 4K Veon TV in 2019 and it's still going strong… much to my annoyance…

Not the best TV by any stretch, but certainly good value for $$

At least they have finally added some form of HDR support to their 4k ones. For ages they were the outlier in the market without it. Still cant find anything about the brightness of it so it might just be complete fake HDR at < 400 nits

        • It's probably fake, just like my Titan Army monitor.
