Yeah, historically Kogan TVs have had shocking feet/stands - people would arrive home and find their new TV smashed on the floor, or having it fall on their toddler, etc. Not sure if they've improved the quality, but personally I would only buy one if you're going to mount it to the wall.
Again, historically their CS has been atrocious, however I have to say that I've bought a few things off them in the past couple of years and while both products have needed replacement(!) the process in both cases was very quick and painless. No need to send either product back, they simply shipped a replacement, no questions asked.
good deal still have my 4k kogan tv bought in 2019 and works great
sucks you can't pay for Primate anymore with gift cards or paypal
Surely the UI would be pretty slow.. but what can you expect when the whole thing costs $350

Unless you're in Auckland and can pick it up, this is not $349. Even with the Primeape subscription, this counts as an oversized item which is not covered with their free shipping despite it saying it is. However, they do credit the standard $7 shipping from the oversized shipping, so that's nice.

Good deal, but I'd be weary of buying from Kogan/DickSmith as their customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Bought a power bank from them a month ago, hasn't been shipped yet. I raised tickets with them, no response yet and no the emails aren't stuck in Spam or Junk or whatever. I tried to call their landline (found them on Google) and the automated voice message just tells you to raise a ticket. There's no live chat either. If they still don't reply to me or ship out my order, I'm just gonna do a chargeback.
