I've just ended my term with Now because their standard plan is $95/month.
I originally started on an $89/month contract with the first 6 months half price. 4 months in they sent me an email saying the cost was increasing by $6 to $95/month - but I was still ok to enjoy the remaining 6 month half price promotion, next two months at $89/month, and then $95/month from Nov 2023.
They have no retention team - or at least no one bothered to find out why I was leaving or offer to sign me up to something else.
Off to Skinny I go for their Wireless Broadband plans which work out to be $55/month (down to $45/month because I have a phone plan with them) and you get two months free.
I've stuck with Skinny at their $95 rate for gig for years because everyone else's off-promotion price seems to be over $105
I have also although apparently prices are increasing soon so that might prompt me to shop around.

Stay away from NOW. My experience was the worst i ever had to deal with an ISP. Will go back to dial up before i ever use them again.

Personally ive had excellent support from NOW
Terrible speed.- would vary massively especially in the evenings , massive lag in gaming (high ping and latency) to the point i got disconnected from games. Complete lack of help from their helpdesk - kept blaming my equipment.
I eventually paid the break fee penalty , moved to 2 degrees and never had any issues - rock solid gaming and low latency.
