Not sure if this has happened to others, but just a reminder to check the actual given discount matches the discount offered by HelloFresh in their reactivation emails.
Was offered 40% off, clicked the link, and discount applied was only 20%!
Their support team are looking into it but seems a bit slimy. May not be a huge amount of money but that is beside the point!
Has anyone else had the same issue?
Update: support team acknowledged discount was wrong and applied manually.
