Install Anaconda on Ubuntu 22.04

Please anyone can tell me,
What are the steps required to install Anaconda on Ubuntu 22.04, and how can you confirm that the installation was successful?
Please include instructions for updating the system, downloading the installer, running the installation script, initializing Anaconda, and verifying the installation.
Additionally, what troubleshooting steps can be taken if issues arise during the installation process?
