Terms and conditions
- The Promoter is Shore City Shopping Centre located at the corner of 52 – 56 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland.
- The Promotion is called “SHORE CITY SPEND $90 AT ANY RETAILER & RECEIVE $30 BARKERS SHORE CITY VOUCHER”.
- The Promotional Period is from 12pm Monday 22nd July to Sunday 4th August 2024 5pm while stocks last.
- Information on gifts and how to receive them form part of these conditions of entry.
- Customers will be asked for first name, suburb, how did you hear about the promotion, are you a Shore City VIP member for internal use only.
- Customers MUST present their Barkers Shore City receipt with single transaction spend of $90 on 22nd July to Sunday 4th August 2024 to the Barkers till staff and FILL OUT the “Promo Registry Form” in order to receive a free $30 Barkers Shore City gift voucher.
- $90 purchase excludes Barkers gift cards and Layby instalment (except where a Layby is finalised and payment completed during the Offer Period).
- The $30 Barkers Shore City Vouchers are valid only with a minimum purchase of $30 at Barkers Shore City.
- The Vouchers are valid for up to $30 off any purchase made at Barkers Shore City. The $30 Barkers Shore City Voucher must be used in one purchase on the same day/date the $30 voucher is “redeemed” with the “$90+ purchase”. Unspent vouchers will not be accepted by Barkers Shore City after the redemption date ($90+ purchase date).
- There are 100 x $30 Barkers Shore City Vouchers available during the promotional period. Once stock is exhausted the promotion will conclude.
Vouchers are dated and numbered: #001 to #100
- There is a limit of 1 gift per person, per single $90 transaction.
- The $30 Barkers Shore City Vouchers cannot be combined (eg. 2x $30 vouchers from 2 different recipients’ who redeemed against their $90 purchase) for a single purchase during the promotion period.
- The Promoter, the owners and managers of Shore City Shopping Centre and their employees and contractors; participating retailers and their Shore City employees, contractors, and their immediate families; or any of the persons and entities set out above and associated agencies of the Promoter and Shore City Shopping Centre are not eligible to enter.
