  Unbelievably disappointing website. I'm surprised that they are still operational. While some might have positive experiences, mine has been just as poor as the ones described on these pages: https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/platypus-shoes and https://nz.trustpilot.com/review/www.platypusshoes.com.au. Thankfully, I paid via PayPal, which allowed me to file a dispute for non-delivery and receive a refund 45 days later.
