These low cost offers are always a bit of a punt. Still, nothing ventured, nothing gained! Always a nice little buzz when they do turn up in the mail.
Also a reminder to those who use a Gmail account, you can easily create a new accoutn with Zapals without using a different email address by adding a .(dot) in your email. For example [email protected] is the same as [email protected]. The same can be done with adding a + sign. Read more here
I like the article's suggestion of using this variation to be able to create individual filters within gmail.
Used to be an old snail mail trick of setting up marketing campaigns with a Department XXX, PO Box YYYY address as a way of tracking incoming mail. If running several marketing campaigns in different locations (magazines etc) it enabled you to measure response rates to specific advertisement etc.
This technique would allow you to do something similar. As well as helping you work out which respondent was leaking your address to spambots etc.

Just tried it with this offer (thought don't really want). Works perfectly with existing account. I think the trick is that you actually need to be logged in before adding the item to your shopping cart. Coupon won't work otherwise.
When I applied the code on my "existing account" it said ti was invalid. I don't know how it works, but it's extremely easy to create a new account as you don't even have to verify your email.
Yeah, others have said the same. Not sure why it works for me. Account is only a month old so not sure if it may still come under 'new registrants' ? Just finalised the order on this product, despite being another half dozen in my order list. Mystery…
