I noticed a recent deal advising that TopCashback are now available in Australia and New Zealand although they appear to have been around for nearly a year.

My recent experience with the TopCashback group of websites leads me to raise a red flag warning about their customer service and business ethics.
In summary, I made a number of purchases through their USA site TopCashback.com over the past year and earned approx. US$400 cashback. These were mostly Adobe CC subscriptions for my workplace and a few travel related purchases. I cashed out US$300 in April without problem but when I went to sign in again in late May my password was rejected. I reset my password and answered the security questions but still couldn't gain access to my account so emailed their support team.
After a few days an email was received saying they're escalating my login issue to their technical team. 3 weeks later I went through the same reset process, contacted support and received a similar email saying they were looking into it. In the meantime I opened an account with the UK site TopCashback.co.uk to make a couple more purchases and earned approx. £80 cashback. I again twice followed up my access to the USA site and eventually received the following reply:
Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, your account has been spotted making illegitimate or abusive transactions, as such your account will remain closed and your cashback removed.
I've sent two follow up emails requesting details of the alleged illegitimate transactions without response and also found that my TopCashback.co.uk login has been unilaterally closed without notice.
TLDR; I've lost approx. NZ$200 in cashback with no apparent resource or accountability from TopCashback. YMMV.
I've found TopCashBack (both UK and global sites) to be not worth the trouble as well - my experience is that things don't show up though, whereas I generally don't have the same issue with their competitors such as ShopBack.
If I am buying something from a store already that gives them as an option, and there is no other option (ShopBack or another for example), then I think, 'Why not?', but I would certainly never make a purchase due to TopCashBack having a 'deal' on.
