what?? I think you meant not using gloves to handle the scooper right? If using bare hands, then I dont think that person likes you for some reason lol

It says it right there, they do it at every store! I can't confirm if gloves are used or not.
Joking aside, was wondering why a hand-scooped milkshake is supposed to be better than a machine one. Decided it's because it means the used normal ice cream rather than softserve which guess a simple machine probably uses.
If you want to buy multiple times, get the receipt and do the survey. It gives you a free hamburger or value chicken burger on any spend.
Does the survey request only come at certain times or something? I assumed like KFC and Pizza Hut they were all the time or at most required a minimum spend but it doesn't seem like that.
At about 1810, I made an order in store, just the $5 hamburger and shake and got a survey on the receipt. I think the person before me (larger order I think) also got a survey as their receipt seem to be quite long and don't think it was just from the order.
At about 2115, at the same store and even I think same till, I made an order this time with the same hamburger and shake but with the previous receipt and code (which I think they didn't even enter). Planned to the survey there and give it to my mate with me for another order, realised there was no survey on the receipt. Thought it was because I had used the survey deal, except my mate made another simple $5 hamburger and shake order and still no survey on the receipt.
