HOW TO ENTER

Customers will be contacted via the centre’s social media channels, or online (through the centre website or newsletter), they follow the link and fill in the FREE HOT DRINK form and agree to the terms to conditions in-centre.

The voucher will then be emailed to the customer immediately (verification of one voucher per email address).

From Thursday 15th August 2024, customers can begin redeeming vouchers at the specific centre’s participating retailers.

Customers show the participating retailer their voucher emailed to them to receive the 1 x hot drink.

For the purpose of this promotion, a medium hot drink is defined as a standard option from the tea, coffee and hot chocolate menus at each cafe, and does not include added extras including, but not limited to: almond, soy or oat milks, decaffeinated coffee or additional syrup shots. Additions to the standard menu option would need to be paid for on top of the voucher.

      Our family members all got the "Thank you for signing up. We'll be in contact soon message" but some of my friends got the message saying they will be getting a free coffee and received theirs instantly

    I signed up once and got a 403 error code page so tried again and got the voucher sent to my email. About an hour later I got the initial QR code I'd tried the first time but the email landed in my spam along with the "thanks for signing up to our newsletter" message so may pay to check junk folders in case the code is there :)

    I didn't receive any email after registering until I checked my junk mail. Then I remembered I blocked them after the last free coffee promotion. So if you haven't got the confirmation, check your junk email.
