Turns out The Lighting Outlet NZ doesn't actually keep stock in NZ. Found that out after I ordered some dampers and questioned where the delivery is 1 week later. They told me it can take 3-5 Working days to process and order and another 16 working days for it to be delivered. I told them to cancel the order, they tried to tell me since it was a change of mind, there would be a 20% restocking fee (despite it not even shipping yet). I thought they were related to Lighting Direct or Plus so that might be the confusion there
Yeap. Looked at getting an item from them, was quoted $600 frieght, so obviously coming from Australia.

Shipping is $20 for most post codes, the quote for $600 in the comments would have been for a very large order which we discounted the products heavily and have to break down all costs to give customers the best price, we could discount less and say freight is cheaper.
