Found this while looking for an early lunch for Uber One only members as its Ubers 10th Birthday in NZ.

$5 Deals This offer is for a $5 select item from select restaurants. This offer is only available to Uber One members in New Zealand. Delivery Fee applies on orders under $20 (excluding Pickup orders). Service Fee applies to orders delivered by Uber Eats and is based on factors such as order value. Other fees may apply.

To redeem this offer, open the Uber Eats app during the offer period, select a participating restaurant (you will see a ‘Discount on selected items' tag), add the $5 select item to your cart, check the offer has been applied at checkout and place your order.

To accept this offer, you must successfully complete an order redeeming the offer in accordance with these terms. Valid only in New Zealand where Uber Eats is available.     I don't see the $20 off offer but in my app, some restaurants are offering $15 off per $30 orders. Also saw $5 Honey Chicken Noodles offer from Noodle Canteen! That's lunch settled then.

      I ordered the $5 offer from Noodle Canteen and saw that I can still order another $5 offer from Wendys so I guess it works, just not on the same restaurant.

      I chucked a few $5 items in cart. Ordered one. After placing the order, all other items in cart became regular price, so I guess only usable once?

            @Mactack: Yes all worked, I had to add all to cart (separate checkouts), have 4 browsers open on check out and do click checkout all at once, this was at about 11 30am though, maybe its been fixed now….

              @vGaap: Why the downvotes? This is usually how it works. You have different browser windows or tabs open, each on the last step of the checkout for a different cart. Then you submit the orders as quickly as possible, and can usually get 3-5 orders through before it updates.

                  @vGaap: Oh they love exploits though. Whenever a store accidentally lists an item for $25 instead of $250 everyone treats it like a gold rush.

    I have uber one but can't see this offer. My partner doesn't have uber one but she can see the offer, but it requires for her to get Uber one to actually use it.

        Me too I found doordash to have much better deals so often switch to dashpass for the month . Customer support wise they are both utter dogshit on par with paypal .

      I scheduled about 11 orders, 7 went through with the discount, the rest changed to full price after confirming order. Just went and cancelled the full price orders with no issues.

      I signed up to the trial but cancelled, and they offered $1 a month for 3 months instead so I took that.
