    Had a very frustrating experience at the Royal Oak PNS. It took 3 employees to finally accept that this was legit…

    First employee "we can't accept this. We need the original coupon and this is a duplicate one" to which I explained that "no, this is the original one. Each coupon has a unique number". The employee put her foot down and said they don't accept it.

    So I went to employee number two at the helpdesk section. She said a similar thing to the first but said that they can't accept it "because it was printed out". I explained that the instructions on the coupon literally said to print it out and take it to the supermarket. I showed her the email it came from and explained that I had to go a XYZ site, sign a form, they send an email and I print it out. She goes "ohh. Let me call someone".

    Third employee comes around the corner, takes one look at it and is like "yeah, this is fine. It has a unique number on it. Go ahead and process it" 🙄🙄🙄.

    Now I don't even feel like eating the damn thing hahaha
