Came across the clearance endcap in my local Woolies yesterday and picked up the following:
Barkers nine spice BBQ jerk sauce - $1.08
Culleys Rib & Chicken glaze - $1.80
Culleys hot and spicy tomato sauce - $1.16
Lee Kum Kee Garlic & Chilli sauce - $ 1.30
No issues with BBE dates, they are all good in to next year or 2026.
There were some other sauces there too, but not as heavily discounted.
You store may vary and I cant see these products when I search Woolworths online.
Couldn't see any heavily discounted in Central or South Dunedin, there were a couple of Culley's on clearance but they were only around 70c cheaper than normal retail price according to the label.
There were some frozen items discounted down from $11 to $5.50, a couple of the Posh Poppers flavors (Teriyaki chicken and I forget the other one), and some air fryer Korean and Japanese style coatings for chicken and pork that were down to $1.40, but apart from those nothing I saw on clearance stood out, but then again every bay has about 30 different sale tickets hanging off the shelves, members club discounts, everyday discounts, great prices, so it's easy to miss those clearance tickets.
