      Seems like quite a bit of a bad experience from last year…hopefully they do better this year!!

        To be fair, they've adjusted the T&C this time, so some of their restrictions from last year are now explicit in the T&C so people can't complain I guess. Notably the only one per group restriction which seemed to be the main complaint. Likewise the "Customer can only participate in one offer, once per day" would mean you can't do both the reply and at counter I guess. Although IMO still a little less clear on whether other members of a group can do the counter offer. It could be argued that all member of the group are the "customer" participating in the reply offer I guess but seems wording could have been clearer.

        But main problem would be if they deny it completely if it's someone you know, since there's still nothing about it must be a stranger, only no staff. Also how quickly they run out of their 4 packs. While they do make it clear it's limited stock and they won't give away their sellable stock, still a bit naff if they have so few that they run out before midday or something.
