Interesting, the 3 people I have given the referal code to have all ordered, yet I have received no points yet.
Talked to someone via chat, and they said it would be within 30 days which is a bit strange considering yours was immediate.
Just spoke with another member of support staff - they said that my referal was an 'ecommerce issue' and I was manually granted the rewards points after taking to them.
Perhaps this is an issue that others like yourself may be facing?

Actually it may just be if the person literally spends $0 that you get 0 referral points. Had 3 referrals but only 1 gave points.

Fyi if you click copy link mine had a ?c instead of ?s, so check what your copy links are giving you vs whats shown it should be
The ?s and ?c links don't really affect the URL but they are both valid. I believe they are just tracking ids for whether you are using a Safari browser or Chrome browser.
