I recently cancelled my 2degrees internet, which included an Amazon Prime subscription that I never used. Despite cancelling the internet, I’ve been charged twice for Amazon Prime at $10.99 each which used to be included with the broadband. When I try to cancel through the Amazon website, it says I need to make changes through 2degrees.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? How did you manage to stop the charges and get a refund? Any advice on dealing with this would be really appreciated!

Currently on 2degrees and they did the same, was charged for a month. Didn't request refund but it's dirty of them to not inform you of this, would expect it to be cancelled with the contract. Planning to leave them end of this year and look for combined power and net deals.
