Yeah i look at it as the discount is the convenience!
If you only buy stuff on special it works out ok. But definitely more expensive than going in store.
True, some things can be cheaper, but A lot of their on special stuff is on an even bigger special in store
I got a different deal in my email today so I finally had a look at Milkrun and had the same reaction as these comments lol.
Its ridiculously expensive - $1.50 for a chocolate bar "on special".
On special for these same bars is like 89c at Pak n Save, and usually about $1.25 at New World.
Their item prices are like 12% higher compared to ordering them directly from Countdown.
That makes this deal useful, as you can order $70 worth of stuff and only pay $70. Get quick delivery, could even be free if you're still on your first 3 orders. No real discount, but a lot of convenience, save yourself a trip to the supermarket.
