Sprite Promotion Error

Saw a sign at Countdown for the below comp - was a winner every time $50, $50, $50.

Said they'd email vouchers within 21 days.

Anyone else have the same luck? I'm guessing that all 1000 prizes were exhausted immediately.. wonder if they'll honour it.

    Got through after clicking to the Marketing stuff to set up account but now:
    Enter the last 4 digits of your Sprite barcode or the unique code on your entry card

    Well that was badly designed, last 4 digits of barcode isnt a great way to ensure people have bought the product versus just browsing the supermarket!

        My DoB is 1 Jan 2000 and my mother's maiden name is 'MaidenName'.

        I am … fingers … toes … ears … nose … need one more body part … 24 years old (currently) just in case anyone ever asks.

    Just can’t get the damn things to work - they’re a bit of a nightmare to verify online and validate, etc.

    Is doing my head in, anyone else having this issue or use me!?

        Ended up realising that I could get around it by loading them to Apple Wallet. But once I’d validated them, I realised I could just use them like a normal credit card.

        I can see why Consumer NZ advised people they’d be better off gifting cash than Prezzy cards though! I’ve been doing some reading…

        Prezzy Cards need to be a bit easier to validate! Seems like everyone experiences glitches with them at times? Also, if you need to phone customer service at all for help (thankfully I didn’t need to), it’ll cost you over $1 each time.

        Anyway, spent my cards last night and am still happy to have won them & grateful for the shared comp! Just thought I’d share the above info, but u guys are all pretty on-to-it so u already prob know all of this stuff.

    Update: Sorted my cards, but it took me a while! Got them both loaded to my Apple wallet now.
