is anyone able to make an account for me? i am trying but it keeps locking my account.
I have the same problem lately. Everything that worked before to create new accounts is now resulting in getting through to the checkout and then it just hangs and locks the account. I think they might be doing that with MAC addresses. Stil works when creating accounts with DD.
Does DD just require a new phone number/email only?
It requires a new IP address and CC number too. Though you don't have to verify the account before you use it like UE.
I have a spare iPhone I use. Reset after each use, use vpn etc. Haven’t had any issues with adding promos etc providing I use a new sim.
Little bit time consuming, but I’m getting quick at it now.

I got blocked even with a new phone and I'd just switched internet providers too, so had a new fibre IP and I did a pickup, so they didn't have my address. I have a tool that cleans out the browser and removes all privacy traces. And I had used that dozens of times beforehand. I hotspot my phone to my PC via a WIFI dongle and get a new IP off the mobile network before starting the signup process.
My bank was being nosy about all my Wise transactions, and I had to give them a detailed statement with nearly a years worth. It is coincidentally after that I started having issues with UE…
