  Noob question, what's the difference between Shell Helix and other oils such as Castrol Edge? Any marked improvement in performance for a hybrid?

  If you're going for the cheapest option it's essentially just an oil & filter change, all the other things on their 25 point check list you can either easily check for yourself or are checked during your annual wof inspection. Don't know about other places but an oil & filter change starts at around $90 in Dunedin.

  I know it will be different from branch to branch but do check that they actually do all the things listed.
  Last time I purchased the deal for one of the Auckland branches, I noticed they only did the basic oil and filter change and didn't do anything else listed like topping up fluids etc.

    I feel the same thing happened to me. Purchased the premium package, picked up the car right before they closed and realised on the way back home that they didn't have a sticker for the wheel alignment nor did they provide a report for it. Called them back and was told it was all done just without the paperwork.

      When it happened to me I had to contact the customer service team at head office using online chat and they said the stores must have the all the paperwork for the work done and need to provide it to the customers.
      A couple of hours later, I received a call from the branch apologising because they must have been mixed up with other jobs and asked me to return with the car.
