Coursera Plus is a subscription service that gives users unlimited access to over 7,000 courses, specializations, and professional certificates. It includes content from top universities and companies, such as Google, IBM, and Duke University.

You only require VPN for the sign-up / payment process - once completed, disconnect and access the subscription / courses as normal without VPN.

(Don't forget to cancel your subscription to avoid a charge in one years' time).

Instructions:

  1. Connect to VPN via Mexico
  2. Access the following link (use incognito mode for better results): https://www.coursera.org/courseraplus/special/newcoursepromo
  3. Subscribe for one year. (Enter your payment details/information).
  4. Deactivate VPN and access paid courses as normal for one year.
  5. Note: You can cancel immediately and keep the whole years access (Go to Manage Subscriptions, click the subscription you want to cancel, then click cancel subscription).

  • It gives you access to 7,000+ courses and specializations (which are a collection of courses that lead to a certificate) with one monthly or annual subscription.
  • Over 90% of the courses on the platform are available with the Plus subscription.

      Yeah Tunnelbear is the free VPN I used to get into Mexico, as well as many other countries for account signups as it uses minimal data.

      I'll wait until Windscribe does another ~50% off promo before signing up to a paid VPN.

    Why not use Wise you can create virtual debit cards and after I sign up I trash it so I don’t get charged ever again !

      If I open an Wise account just for the disposable cards but never put money or use it, is there any downsides?

        You will need some money in because vendors charge $1 -$2 for verifying your card is active you will always get that back instantly

        There no monthly fees or anything if you travel it the best card plus it a bank account too with many countries also

          How you do know if you are Plus or not Plus in Coursera ? I never use it and don't really know if I have access or not to the "Plus" features …

            @thesla: In the app or the website go to my subscription where you’ll find if you have the Coursera Plus or not.
            They freaking canceled my subscription .
